Your study materials are your intellectual property. We maintain a strict covenant: We NEVER use, sell, or share your uploaded documents, notes, prompts, or generated mental anchors to train, retrain, or fine-tune public, foundational, or third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning models.

All AI deconstruction (taxonomy extraction and anchor generation) is executed through secure enterprise inference endpoints under strict zero-data-retention (ZDR) terms. Content is processed ephemerally to produce your cards and is not retained by inference providers.

• To provide, operate, and maintain your private Recura vaults, decks, and cards.
• To calculate memory stability intervals and optimize your personalized ritual schedules.
• To synchronize your review history and telemetry across desktop and mobile devices.
• To provide customer support and respond to technical inquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate security threats, abuse, and technical failures.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party infrastructure providers who are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations:

• Cloud Database & Authentication: Encrypted PostgreSQL storage and authentication management with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring tenant isolation.
• AI Inference Infrastructure: Zero-retention AI inference gateways utilized solely for ephemeral document parsing.
• Hosting & Edge Delivery: Cloudflare edge routing and SSL/TLS encryption for fast and secure global delivery.

7. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards:

• All web traffic is encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
• All persistent databases and backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Database Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforce cryptographic isolation so that only your verified user account can read or write your personal documents and anchors.

8. Data Retention, Portability & Deletion Rights

You maintain full sovereignty over your data. You have the right to:

• Delete Uploaded Files: Deleting a document or deck from your Crucible permanently removes the document record and its associated taxonomy from our database.
• Export Your Data: Export your mental anchors and cards in standard CSV format at any time.
• Complete Account Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data by emailing support@recura.sbs. All account records, vaults, and telemetry will be permanently purged within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Recura is designed for adult professionals, university students, and practitioners. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for deletion.
